David Kincaid graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2016. While in school, he worked with social services organizations including Guardian ad Litem, Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, and the Public Interest Research Bureau. After graduation, the Department of Children and Families hired David as an Assistant Attorney General where he represented the State in dependency proceedings. David moved to the state of Washington in 2018 to pursue his interest in real property law. He joined Granite Spire Law Group in 2019 where he advocates for consumer protection in the timeshare industry. David is a pianist, violinist, and composer in his spare time. he teaches music and collaborates with musicians throughout the United States.
